When does it start?

Why a 3-month minimum? Can't I just try one month?

Nervous system rewiring doesn't happen in 30 days, and we're not willing to charge you money for something that won't work at that timeline. What does "somatic" actually mean?

Somatic means body-based. Rather than only thinking about your patterns, somatic work helps you feel and shift them through the body using breath, sensation, and nervous system regulation. When your nervous system feels safe, your body releases chronic tension, stress, and habitual patterns. That's the part no other membership is addressing.
