Why I built this

Hi, I'm Meggie.
I built this because I needed it.

In 2021, I was losing my hair, gaining weight rapidly, and wired but completely exhausted. Night after night I was on the bathroom floor in agony from a mysterious stomach issue that no doctor could explain. Every test came back "fine." But I was not fine. I was drowning.

Eventually someone told me I was "just stressed" and that my body was basically shutting down. But nobody told me how to actually support it. Nobody told me how to release stress, tension, and cortisol naturally. Until somatic exercises came into my life.

They changed everything for me mentally, emotionally, and physically. But as a homeschool mom of four and a business owner, I don't have a lot of time. So I built this around that reality. Not a complicated routine. Not another thing to fail at. Just small, micro moments where you build safety and consistency in your body.
